Had a Transfusion cocktail years ago, thought it was very disappointing, has been on my backburner to try and make it better. Bethesda Softworks and Jones Soda doing the Vault Tec Soda collab gave me an excuse! I give you the Nuka Fusion. The cranberry juice tempers the overwhelming sweetness of the grape soda, but at the same time, the grape soda masks the alcohol, this drink is DANGEROUS.
- Oven Gyro Meat
In 2025, there was a viral trend going around online, making döner kebabs in your oven using parchment paper. I have always been more partial to Greek gyros personally, so I hybridized that cooking method with the seasoning from my Greek pork roast. The result? Gyro at home!
- Lasagna
I was lucky enough to go to Italy when I was younger for a school trip, and while there, had the most amazing lasagna at a little diner in Rome. After years of trial and error, I have managed to PERFECTLY recreate the flavor! Also I have perfected making it ahead of time and freezing it, makes for an amazing dinner to have ready to when you don’t feel like cooking, but also want to avoid take-out.
